Our location has been running as a successful Wellness Centre in Clarkson for over 6 years and Drift Remedial and Relaxation Massage has been in the Centre for over 5 years.
Drift now had 2 rooms available for rent.
1 room is unfurnished and available for a short to long term lease.
The other room is furnished and is available on a day rate, it has been set up for multi businesses to use on different days throughout the week.
The Centre consists of a large communal reception area, a well equipped kitchen, unisex toilet, and beautiful shared outdoor place, being a large undercover deck, which is perfect for classes and workshops.
It is a tranquil location, walking distance to the Clarkson train station, with free street parking and easy access for clients.
Drift Wellness Centre is open Monday to Saturday.
Suitable for health professionals who want to run their own business within a professional supportive space alongside an existing Remedial Massage, Physiotherapy, Integrated Doctor and Sport Physiology.

3 month lease can roll over into a 6 month or a 12 month lease

12 month Lease

furnished room day rate
The furnished treatment room is a good size 3m x 3m, with a large sliding glass door to the tranquil decked courtyard. The room is furnished with a desk, chairs, stool, storage and an electric massage table. Access to EFTPOS/HICAPS machine, internet and the ability to use deck space is also included.
The room is designed to be used by multiple businesses, each with their own dedicated day(s).
Days currently available are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
$80 per day on a 3 month contract.
